So what exactly is this blog for?
The truth is - I do not know 'exactly what this blog will be used for in all detail, because that depends to a large extend on you.
A few key areas will be :
- New CCTV Products and Reviews
- CCTV Installation Companies will get a page section to introduce their services and hopefully give added value to this site by sharing a little expertise
- CCTV Product Tests
- A CCTV Installation Company REVIEW section with Polls enabled
- Plenty of room for Against-CCTV minded, to express their views and concerns
- We might get a dialog or even trialog going between the public, the industry and the government
- A FUN section
- Big aims? YES - Think BIG - Have a vision
- No vision - no joy

Contractor Review
An unbiased, dedicated security contractor review site is definitely something that the web could do with. If I were you, I would make that the top subject here, so that searchers will exactly find that on the search engines. A poll system sounds great too - but how will you safeguard against competition backstabbing? It's got to be fair too?
